Below is a video of Brian Bilbro introducing & interviewing Dr. Coates at the official launch of Lifemax Mila. Because of the size, it's divided into 9 segments. To view other videos filmed at the launch, be sure to check out the Lifemax Corporate Channel on Youtube.
|
Segment 1 - An introduction to chia, it's Aztec history and how Dr. Coates first became involved with the study of chia (Salvia hispanica L). He discusses the progress of his research, the excitement, and the evolution of chia into what is now known as Mila, The Miracle Seed. ". The word "miracle" is used too frequently & often without substance, but research shows that Mila truly has the ability to change the health of the world. |
Segment 2 - Dr. Coates elaborates on his 18 years of research into chia & the effects of planting chia in different climates & altitudes all over various parts of the world. They discovered that growing chia is optimal locations has a substantial impact on it's quality & efficacy. If you can produce a higher oil content in the chia, you can produce a chia seed with significantly MORE Omega 3's." |
Segment 3 - Dr. Coates discusses the many variations of chia, white vs. black chia seed, and cheaper chia seed that are available on the market. He also talks about the selection process that decides what types of chia to use in Mila and why it's so important. Because the research they do is on-going, Mila will continue to evolve & improve constantly. It will only get better & better. |
|
Segment 4 - "We've only just begun..." Dr. Coates elaborates on the on-going process of making Mila the best it can be by blending different variations of chia seed for optimal nutritional content. |
Segment 5 - White Chia Seed vs. Black Chia Seed. Dr. Coates elaborates on the hype that surrounds the well-known "white chia seed" and the misconceptions it creates. He should know a thing or two about it because it was he and his co-author, Ricardo Ayerza, that initially planted those white seeds in Peru and began experimenting with them. Climate & altitude is what makes a better seed, color is of little significance. |
Segment 6 - Dr. Coates & Brian Bilbro discuss the growing awareness to chia, and the different kinds of seeds rapidly becoming available over the internet. Not all chia seeds are equal and not all chia products are as good for you as they claim. The process used in carefully selecting & micro-slicing the chia seed used for Mila insures that you get optimal nutrients & bio-availability. No other chia seed, or product comes close. It is the best. |
|
Segment 7 - Omega 3 deficiencies. Ninety-eight percent (98%) of the people in the world are NOT getting their daily recommended requirement of Omega 3's. The medical community & doctors around the world are screaming from the mountaintops that people HAVE to start paying attention to their Omega 3 intake. Brian Bilbro comments to Mila distributors that right now it's a good time to be in the Omega 3 health industry (lol) then questions Dr. Coates about fish oil. |
Segment 8 - Mila vs. Flax seed. Dr. Coates points out the many problems involved with taking flax seed. You have to grind flax in order for your body to absorb it and it must be ground fresh daily because degradation & oxidation of the Omega 3's begin immediately. This is because flax doesn't have the antioxidants that Mila has. He also discusses the many dangers involved with flax including giving flax to children and taking flax while pregnant or nursing. |
Segment 9 - Brian Bilbro & Dr. Coates discuss teaming up with Jim & Sherri Wear to market Lifemax Mila. They've developed a friendship and a share a vision & passion for changing the health of the world. Through their marketing leadership, they've provided Dr. Coates the opportunity to get Mila out to the world faster & in a superior form than he could have done on his own. You can see the videos of Jim & Sherri at the launch here. |
