What is the difference between ground and micro slice?
Conventional grinding heats the seed, which in turn leads to oxidation and decreased oil
quality. Grinding also reduces the shelf life of the product. Micro-slicing increases the surface area, which
assures the highest bio-availability of any other form of Salvia hispanica.

recommend that if you do not use the product as directed (each canister is a one-month supply) that you keep in a
temperate, dry place such as your refrigerator.
